Louis Vuitton/Anthea Simms
Nothing says summer more than a perfectly pretty, but not too fussy, updo. We asked Leonardo Rizzo, Indola Global Ambassador, to break down Ms Moss' look from the Louis Vuitton catwalk show.
To get this pretty style, firstly prep towel-dried hair with a mousse, such as Innova Strong Mousse from Indola, to give some good body. Then, using a hairdryer without the nozzle on, finger dry hair to get a softer, fuller effect at the roots.
Once dry, apply a volumising powder all over the root area around the head and then shake it through the rest of the hair with the head tilted back. Use a backcomb brush to gently backcomb the roots all over. This will create instant volume, which is perfect if the hair is fine. Finally, apply a little Innova Bounce Jelly in your hands and rub it in your palms until it becomes almost dry. Once applied, this will give extra holding power to the updo. Next, sweep the hair up into a high ponytail and loop it around your fingers to create a bun. Grip into place before using your fingertips to tease strands out of the bun and around the edges to create a softer, dishelleved look.
To finish place a headband on and keep things in place with a spritz of hairspray.
